SHRED.’s Impact Protection System™ pairs SLYTECH® Shock Absorption with Rotational Energy System™ to address both the linear and rotational energy components of a real-life crash. Engineered protection without added bulk. Includes a RECCO® integrated reflector with passive technology that enables rescue professionals to search for you in the event of an avalanche or if lost outdoors.
SHRED. Rotational Energy System™. Patent-pending technology that manages the effects of rotational accelerations to the head on impact by allowing a relative movement between the helmet and the head through ultra-thin, multi-directional absorption units made with an elastic layer.
SLYTECH® Shock Absorption. A patented honeycomb cone structure made of SLYTECH® Foam integrated into the EPS impact element dissipates impact energy in multiple directions for optimized safety.
16 vents interconnected through HEXAFLOW™, a three-dimensional EPS grid that enhances linear impact absorption and maximizes ventilation. A 3-position switch controls the top, back, and side vents simultaneously.
Micro-adjust dial. Comfort liner and soft ear pads deliver a precise, pressure-free fit. XT2® anti-microbial technology provides permanent odor protection. FIDLOCK® magnetic closure adds convenience, security, and efficiency.
