“Their support gives me the confidence to focus on what matters most: pushing my performance to the next level, challenging myself every day, and competing at the highest level.” — Fabian Ax Swartz

Competing against the world's best is one challenge. Doing it independently is another.

At 22, Swedish Olympian Fabian Ax Swartz is already competing among the world's best alpine ski racers.

Now he's taking on a second challenge: pursuing his World Cup career independently, outside the Swedish national team structure.

We're proud to welcome him to SHRED.

Built to compete

Fabian scored his first World Cup points at 19, finishing 20th in Kitzbühel in 2024.

Since then, he's recorded two 11th-place World Cup finishes, earned bronze at the 2025 Junior World Championships, and represented Sweden at Milano Cortina 2026, finishing 14th in Olympic slalom.

He's proven he belongs at this level. Now he's choosing his own path forward.

On his own terms

“I'm really looking forward to joining the SHRED. team and working together to push the limits on the slopes. Having a strong partner like SHRED. behind me means a lot, especially as I continue to pursue my goals on an independent path.”

Racing independently means building the right team, making your own decisions, and taking responsibility for every detail.

“Their support gives me the confidence to focus on what matters most: pushing my performance to the next level, challenging myself every day, and competing at the highest level. I'm proud to be part of the SHRED. family and excited for what we can achieve together.”
